Rating for this book is a 4.5.
Storm Dancer is by Rayne Hall.  It's one of the Dark Epic Fantasies that has literally sucked me in.

Dahond (the main character) has a dark hidden past that he's not proud of.  After faking his death, he's sought out and found.  This brings his past back to haunt him and be thrown at him.

He had once been a siege commander.  He had done some horrible things, things he didn't want anyone else to know about.

Deep within him there lives a djinn that wants to awaken his evil past self.  The evil that tries to take him over once again wants him to cause harm to the women that he's vowed to protect.

What becomes of Dahond?  What was the reason he was sought and found?  What did they want of him?  Can he be trusted?

The book is very well written with some very wonderful details.  The scenes are detailed to where you feel as though you're there.  There are no illustrations.  This is meant for adults due to violence and disturbing situations within the book.

I received one or more of the products mentioned above for free using Tomoson.com. Regardless, I only recommend products or services I use personally and believe will be good for my readers.
