Hugo's out on another adventure and looking for the real world. This time, the little guy learns about what "enthusiasm" is.
Little Hugo wanted to learn more about the real world, and find it. Manta came along and offered to help him. He didn't know that Manta meant that he'd have a friend to guide him to the real world.
While being led, Hugo got all "exciterated" and went flying up in the air above the water so high that he landed on the land after a unique creature told him that this was the land of enthusiasm and not the real world. His enthusiasm had really gotten the best of him.
