This handy cooking tool is the one thing that saved a unique Father's Day diner. By cooking something different, using this little handy gadget, I was able to create a completely different diner for our family.
It's a stainless steel, 2oz seasoning injector. It's made very sturdy and easy cleaning too. You simply remove the injector needle by unscrewing it from the end of the base at the bottom of what looks like a syringe. It works similar to a needle that they use to give shots with. The top comes off to easily wash out the inside of the injector.
I do suggest keeping the injection needles away from children and out of reach in a much higher cabinet to where it is safely out of sight and out of reach.
If I were to grade this on a scale of 1-5... absolutely a 5.
It's a handy tool to cook any type of meat, including roasts, turkey, whole chicken, chicken in general, etc. By injecting the seasoning into the inside of the meat, it cooks and flavors more than just the outside of the meat. You'll taste it from the inside out and savor every flavor there is.
