Pirate Halloween Costume Review

My little girl got to try on a costume today for me to take photos.  She got really thrilled to be my little model for the costume.  Too bad it was not "Talk Like a Pirate Day".

The jacket fit her perfectly with the lace around the wrists of the sleeves.  It's lined with a bit of silver and has some really wonderful details.  The pants come just below the knees.  She really likes those as well.

The piece that is worn under the jacket is not a shirt.  It fits to look like the shirt worn under the coat.  It wraps around the neck and fastens with velcro and the same around the waist near the bottom of the "vest".  It's made of a silk looking silver and white and white lace attached to it.

As you can see, the "vest" part actually looks like it would button up and looks like a real shirt because of that.  Even around the wrists of the jacket has some designs out of silver.

The hat is lined along the rim in silver to match well with the jacket and the "vest".  You do have to shape the hat to fit to the child's head (for different "big headed" kiddos)....   hmmm hmm mine.

This does come with shoe covers to where they look like they are wearing the pirate boots, however my daughter is a hillbilly and can't stand shoes and decided it looked great without them.
Here you can see the hat up close along with the lace that is around the front of the "vest", which I just now noticed has the silver lined on the edge of that as well.

I would have to say that even with this being a boy's costume, it looks really good on girls as well.  She really likes this and can't wait for Halloween!!!

I received one or more of the products mentioned above for free using Tomoson.com. Regardless, I only recommend products or services I use personally and believe will be good for my readers.
