One of the easiest things that I've created for my son was through Peelstar.com All you have to do is choose the sport, colors and put a name on the clings. They are great for walls, autos and even windows. You can change the number on the shirts to have your child's or teen's jersey number on it as well. These are great for sports fans and even sports players!

Above you'll see the one that was created for my son. He's only 3, so I never changed the number on the jersey. The banner part below is actually a completely different sticker / cling than the shirt.
