Hugo stands up to the bullies of the ocean. First, the barracuda was teasing the little clown fish. Then the shark was teasing the barracuda and then the whale teased the shark.
Bullying can be a vicious cycle for anyone. Being picked on doesn't feel good and the person doing it normally has it being done to them somewhere at sometime. The smaller the person or quieter, the more prone they are to be picked on.
Speak up for them. Tell someone. Help them if they are to small to help themselves.
Hugo did! By doing so, Hugo helped them to realize the thing that he'd been trying to tell them all along. Don't bully. Respect and protect!
